Attorneys: We have defended malpractice cases stemming from many facets of the law, including personal injury, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, business transactions, and others. Physicians: For many years, ATM&S has represented most of the major insurance companies writing physicians' malpractice coverage in the State of Nevada. Consequently, we are among the leading defenders of physician claims. Further, at one time or another we have represented virtually every hospital in Las Vegas. We currently defend claims against the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (the County Hospital) as well as several other hospitals and medical facilities. Accountants: Several of our attorneys have backgrounds in accounting and finance which makes us uniquely qualified todefend malpractice claims against accountants. We have attorneys with accounting degrees as well as membership in the prestigious American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We have defended against claims arising in such areas as financial forecasts, management advisory services, and audit services. Miscellaneous Professional Liability: We provide representation in all aspects of professional liability litigation on behalf of both professionals and their clients. Our experience extends to a wide variety of fields. In the construction area, we represent architects and engineers as well as those directly involved in the construction itself.
