Blakely D. Stauffer

Blakely majored in Criminal Justice at Utah Valley University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in 2013. He completed his first year of law school at Brooklyn Law School, after which, he transferred to the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor.

While in New York, Blakely interned for the New York City Transit Authority and volunteered at the Legal Outreach office in Brooklyn.

In Utah, he served as a law clerk and criminal clinic intern at the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office as well as a civil clinic intern for Utah Legal Services. Blakely was also Executive Footnote Editor for the Utah Law Review and enjoyed participating in the school’s Traynor Moot Court and Trial Advocacy programs. He also served as a member of the school’s Negotiation Competition Team.

Blakely is licensed in Nevada, where his practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis in health care law and professional liability defense.
