D. Andrew Lajoie

Personal:
Andrew practices civil litigation with an emphasis in the defense of transportation and product liability claims. He is licensed to practice in Nevada state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark R. Denton in the Business Court of the Eighth Judicial District Court, District of Nevada.

Andrew received his Bachelor of Science with a major in Economics from the University of Utah. He received his Juris Doctor with a Business Law Concentration from California Western School of Law. At Cal Western, Andrew served for a time as the Director of the Student Bar Association and the Editor-in-Chief of the Student Bar Association newspaper. He was a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, served as Treasurer of both the Employment and Labor Law Society and the Business Law Society, and was a member of the Graduation Committee. In 2015 he received a Distinguished Advocate Award for the Moot Court Legal Skills II Competition. He received the California Western Student of Distinction award for 2016-2017. During law school, Andrew also served for six months as a Law Clerk in the San Diego County Treasurer-Tax Collector office.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as spending time with his wife and son.
