Danielle A. Otero

Danielle’s practice is focused on Medical Malpractice defense.

Danielle graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies & International Relations. During her undergrad education, she attended Universitat de Barcelona for six months and took law and politics courses offered at the university. She served as a student leader on the Community Affairs Board and was heavily involved in volunteer work throughout the Santa Barbara community. She went on to attend law school at the University of San Diego. During her time at USD, Danielle gained valuable experience as a legal extern in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Santa Ana, and the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in San Diego. She served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Gallo, U.S. District Court, San Diego, California, as well as a Legal Intern for Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in Las Vegas, Nevada. She also worked as an Academic Success advisor to other law students and was a member of the International Law Journal.

Danielle enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and volunteering.
