David J. Rothenberg

Personal:
David practices civil litigation with a focus in labor and employment law and civil rights defense. He moved to Las Vegas from Southern California in 1992. He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1994 and pursued a career in computer science for several years before returning to school for his degree in law.

David received his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he graduated with honors in 2014. While at UNLV, he served as a senior staff member for the Nevada Law Journal, participated in the Clark County Moot Court Competition, and received CALI Awards for Evidence and Pre-Trial Litigation.

David is licensed to practice in federal and district courts in the State of Nevada.

In his spare time, David enjoys archery, hiking, reading, writing, and traveling.
