Derek Linford

Derek earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Brigham Young University where he majored in Political Science. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school, Derek served as a legal intern in the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and served as a law clerk in the Civil Division of the Pima County Attorney’s Office. He also served as a Senior Managing Editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.

Derek is licensed in Nevada, where his practice focuses on civil litigation defense with an emphasis in health care law.
