Jessica Gandy

Jessica Gandy joined the firm after working for nearly 10 years as a English and literature teacher in local Las Vegas middle and high schools. Her practice is focused on health care law and professional liability defense.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Arts from Idaho State University where she majored in secondary education. As an undergrad she had the opportunity to study abroad for a year at the Beijing University in Beijing and Shenzhen, China. Jessica earned a Master of Education from the University of Phoenix before going on to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. At UNLV, Jessica was the recipient of a Dean’s Award for Excellence and a CALI Award for Criminal Law. She was honored to be chosen as the 2016 evening section commencement speaker. She was also a Nevada Law Journal senior staff member, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, President of the Organization of Part Time and Nontraditional Students, and Vice President of Education for Legally Speaking, Boyd’s Toastmasters chapter. Jessica spent a summer as an extern in the Clark County Public Defender’s Office where she gained practical experience in the Las Vegas Justice courts.

Jessica’s interests and hobbies include photography, culinary, running, and travel.
