John A. Clement

John Clement currently represents third-party administrators and insurers in defending workers’ compensation claims at administrative and State Court hearings. In addition, he represents those clients with regard to subrogation claims and related appellate work. John also has extensive experience in the areas of consumer bankruptcy, small business matters, guardianship, advanced trust and estate planning, and probate litigation.

John received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico where he majored in political science and history. He went on to study international law and foreign policy at The American University in Washington, D.C. After working for several years in the D.C. area, John relocated to Las Vegas in 1997. He attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he graduated with honors receiving his Juris Doctor.

In his spare time John enjoys football, target shooting and auto restoration. John is married and has two young sons who are active in sports and keep their father occupied during evenings and weekends.
