Justin W. Wilson

Personal:
Originally from rural Kansas, Justin joined the Marine Corps after graduating High School. After serving in the Marines, Justin went on to obtain a Bachelor of General Studies from Wichita State University, and a Master of Education in Sport Management. Justin attended law school at Syracuse University College of Law (SUCOL) where he was involved in several extra-curricular activities, which included being President of the SUCOL chapter of the Federalist Society, the Managing Editor of the Syracuse Law and Civic Engagement forum, and an arguing member of the nationally ranked SUCOL national trial team. Upon completion of his Juris Doctor, Justin relocated to Las Vegas to accept a position as a Deputized Law Clerk with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. After passing the Nevada Bar, he went into private practice focusing on estate planning, corporate law and business related matters. Justin returned for a time to his home state where he was an Assistant County Attorney at the Montgomery County Attorney’s Office in Independence, Kansas. At Alverson Taylor & Sanders, Justin practices civil litigation defense with an emphasis in medical malpractice and professional liability.

Justin is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Kansas.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys playing rugby, running, and hiking with his dogs.
