Kimberley Hyson

Kimberley practices in the area of civil litigation, working primarily in the areas of medical and dental malpractice, and related board matters. She also has experience handling matters involving personal injury, insurance bad faith, and business litigation. She has extensive courtroom experience, representing clients in both federal and state courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration.

Kimberley attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where she graduated, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology. She later received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University, cum laude. While in law school, Kimberley served as the Literary Citations Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. She also represented Pepperdine at the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Competition in Hong Kong, winning a distinguished speaker award.

Kimberley is a member of the Nevada State Bar Mock Trial Committee, and an Associate Board member of the Nevada Chapter of the Anti-Defamation League. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
