Rulon J. Hopkins, III

Rulon Hopkins practices civil litigation defense with an emphasis in medical malpractice and professional liability. He received a Bachelor of Science, suma cum laude, in Criminal Justice and Criminology at Arizona State University. Rulon attended University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor in 2019. During law school, Rulon served as a legal intern at the Utah Crime Victims Legal Clinic and served as a law clerk for the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office.

Prior to attending college, Rulon was enlisted in the United States Navy and served as an Intelligence Analyst Supervisor at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Following his enlistment, Rulon worked in Human Resources for six years, while also coaching high school football for three years.

Away from the office Rulon enjoys hiking, photography, traveling, and exploring Las Vegas with his family.
