Scot Shirley

Scot works in the firm’s transactional law department, focusing on contracts, real estate, corporate law, and other commercial matters.

Scot received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Spanish, at Brigham Young University. He continued his education at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2019, graduating cum laude. Scot served as a Senior Editor of the BYU Law Review and was a member of the Immigration Law Forum.

When not practicing law, Scot enjoys traveling, keeping up on political trends, reading novels, and spending time with his family.
