Seth M. Strickland

Seth practices civil litigation with a focus on the defense of professional liability claims.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Following graduation, he interned for the summer at the Democratic Policy Communications Center’s Votes Office in Washington, D.C. He then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2017. During his years in law school, Seth spent time working as a Judicial Intern in the Clark County District Court, followed by an Externship for the Clark County Public Defender. He was a senior staff member of the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, and served on the Board of the school’s Sports & Entertainment Law Association, as well as the Gaming Law Society.

Passionate about pro-bono work, Seth served as a tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program for a year. He also served as a bankruptcy instructor for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada Community Service Program, and worked on guardianship matters in the Partners in Pro Bono program. Seth received the Highest Pro Bono Honors distinction on his J.D. for participating in over 100 hours of pro bono work during law school.
