Shirley Blazich

Shirley Blazich is a long-time Nevadan whose practice is focused in medical malpractice, employment discrimination, and general defense litigation.

Shirley graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California with a double major in Philosophy and Psychology, and received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, also in Los Angeles. While in law school, Shirley participated in both regional and national Mock Trial competitions and helped her school win first place in a regional competition which earned Loyola Law School a spot in the national competition that year. Having grown up in Las Vegas, Nevada, she returned home following graduation and took a position at our firm in 2003. In 2010, Shirley accepted a partnership with the firm. She is active with the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada, the Southern Nevada Claims Association, RIMS Risk Management Society, and the Supreme Court Historical Society.

Shirley has an “AV Preeminant” rating with Martindale-Hubbel, and has been listed in Mountain States Super Lawyers and Super Lawyers Business Edition.

Shirley speaks fluent Serbian/Croatian and is conversant in Italian. A self-admitted “globe trotter”, she has visited 5 of the 7 continents and over 17 different European countries.
