Personal:
Christian Morris is an associate is with Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen &
Sanders and practices in all areas of civil litigation, with a focus on
insurance defense.
Christian attended the University of
Southern Maine and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in
political science. While at USM, she was on the Dean's List, served as
President of the Model United Nations, and served as an intern in the Maine
State Senate as well as on Capitol Hill for Senator Susan Collins. After
graduation, Christian worked as a director for the Republican National
Committee, the Director of Finance at the 105th Inaugural Committee, and
worked with healthcare lobbyists in a Washington, D.C. firm.
In 2008, Christian graduated cum laude from
California Western School of Law. She was a recipient of the Dean's Merit
Scholarship and she earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Evidence
Advocacy and Advanced Criminal Litigation. During law school, she made
Dean's List, was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board, a National Trial
Team member, and she was named a Distinguished Advocate. Christian served as
an intern at the District Attorney's office in the Superior Court Division.
Christian enjoys running, staying fit, and
keeping up on current events. She is an active member of local community and
political organizations.
