Personal:
D. Haven
Wojciak specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis in construction
defect. Haven received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central
Florida in 2001. He attended Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey,
receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2005. Haven was on the dean’s list multiple
times, and represented the school at the NHBA Moot Court Competition. He was
admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada in 2005, and is licensed in
both the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the Clark
County District Courts.
Haven is a member of the American Bar Association
and the Supreme Court Historical Society. Haven is also a member of the
Board of Directors for Family Promise of Las Vegas, a charity dedicated to
transitioning homeless families into stable work and housing environments.
Haven was born in Winter Park, Florida. His
personal interests include painting, photography, and music. He is also very
active in his church, where he enjoys teaching Sunday school.
