Personal:
Jordan Butler practices
in civil litigation with an emphasis in premises liability, transportation
defense, and commercial contract disputes. He received a Bachelor of Arts
degree in 2003 from Utah State University where he majored in Law and
Constitutional Studies. He attended law school at the University of Utah
receiving a Juris Doctorate in 2007. Jordan is licensed to practice law in
Nevada and Utah.
While in college, Jordan was a Scholar Athlete
and Captain of the Utah State Men’s Tennis Team. During law school, Jordan
was on the Moot Court Negotiation Team, received a CALI award in Advanced
Negotiations, and won the annual SJ Quinney College of Law Ping Pong
Tournament.
Jordan was born and raised in Bountiful, Utah. He
is fluent in Spanish and has traveled to Mexico, Japan, Israel, Egypt, and
Rome. Prior to entering law school, Jordan was a full-time tennis
instructor. When he’s not spending time with his wife and son, he
participates in the highest competition tennis league in Nevada.
