Personal:
Michael L. Iosua is an associate at Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders
who practices in various areas of civil litigation including insurance bad
faith, products liability, legal malpractice defense and professional
liability cases. Michael was admitted to practice law in Nevada in May
2010.
Michael received his Bachelors degree from the University of Hawaii-Manoa,
where he majored in Economics and Math. Michael was a member of the UH
Warrior football team from 1997-2001, earning all conference honors in
2001.
In 2009, Michael earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the J. Reuben Clark
Law School and a Masters in Business Administration from the Marriott School
of Management at Brigham Young University. During law school, he served as
the Executive Editor for the International Law and Management Review, and
was a judicial extern for the Honorable Bode A. Uale, Hawaii Family Court.
Michael is also an experienced small claims court and domestic mediator.
Michael and his wife have four children. He enjoys spending time with his
family, playing sports and trivia.
