Shilo
Borja attended The University of Arizona graduating in 2002, cum laude,
with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. She attended
California Western School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in
2006. While attending California Western, Shilo was named to the
Dean’s Honor List and received an Academic Achievement Award in Federal
Income Tax. She was also the Managing Editor of the California Western
School of Law, Law Review.
