Kristan E. Lehtinen

Kristan Lehtinen is a Las Vegas litigator and transactional civil/business attorney. Kristan has significant experience representing a broad range of clients from local businesses to national and international companies with interests in Las Vegas. Her experience includes over a decade of owning and managing her own Las Vegas law firm prior to joining Alverson Taylor & Sanders.
In addition to business litigation, Kristan’s diverse knowledge and skill encompasses insurance defense, including medical malpractice defense litigation. Kristan is also a Court Appointed Arbitrator for the Eighth Judicial District Court Annexed Arbitration Program.
Kristan graduated from University of Ottawa, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1995 with an Honors degree in English and a minor in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in 2001.
Kristan has been featured on the Mountain States Super Lawyers list with regular selections to various top attorney lists within Las Vegas and surrounding states.
