Naomi Gregoryan

Naomi graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in U.S. History. She obtained her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law within two years. At Cal West, she interned at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc., where she received the Wiley W. Manuel Award for her legal services. She also externed at the General Litigation and Gang units with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office where she gained experience in criminal law.

Naomi cares deeply about the well-being of her community and enjoys getting involved in solving problems her community faces. She sat on the board of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Citizen Review Board, an independent police oversight organization. There, she obtained extensive insight into the inner workings of police procedures and policies. In addition, she joined the screening and hearing panels and presented her objective, unbiased opinion on matters before her. Through her exposure to the inner workings of the police world, she holds greater respect for the police.

In her spare time, Naomi enjoys volunteering at Ronald McDonald House, and Hope Means Nevada, a teen suicide prevention organization, with her eldest daughter.  She also enjoys running long distances, playing golf, reading Edgar Allen Poe, and going to her three kids’ hockey games.
