R. Ethan Posey

Ethan’s practice focuses on the defense of transportation and product liability matters. He is licensed to practice in Nevada.

Ethan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Arizona, where he majored in Anthropology. He continued on at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2019. Ethan served as Managing Editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy, participated in the national ABA Moot Court Competition, and was a Fegtly Moot Court Competition Finalist. He is also a recipient of the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award. Ethan served as a Student Intern for Southern Arizona Legal Aid, and as Student Advocate for the University’s Intellectual Property Clinic.

When not practicing law, Ethan enjoys weightlifting, football, hiking, cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
